Hot Breakfast

Monday - Friday | 7:00 am - 9am​
Cooked to order eggs and omelets, fresh fruit, hot & cold cereals, breakfast meat & potatoes, a Belgian waffle station, assorted pastries, beverages and much more.

Brunch

Saturday | 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Sunday | 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

​Hot breakfast selections vary weekly, including made-to-order omelets, pancakes hot off the griddle, along with a variety of hot luncheon items.

Lunch

​Monday - Friday | 11 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Lunch options include an entree, full soup & salad bar, brick oven pizza & pasta, made-to-order deli, house-made burgers and hot sandwiches, and all-you-care-to-drink beverages.​

Dinner

Monday - Friday | 4:30 - 7:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday | 4:30 - 6:00 pm.

​Dinner consists of a full salad bar with freshly prepared soups, a variety of hot entrées, prepared to order speciality dishes, pizza and pasta, and much more!​
Late Night menu available Wednesday - Friday, 8 - 10 p.m.

LATE NIGHT AT HAY

Beginning this fall, the dining hall will be open late, until 10 p.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays evenings.

During this time, guests may use their Flex Dollars to purchase a variety of items including flavorful and creative burgers, pizza, and student favorites like wings, fries, and mozzarella sticks!
​Flex Dollars can also be used for Chef Fresh items which are convenient, freshly prepared salads, sandwiches, and snacks.

​About Our Concepts
  • Day Breakers - The perfect way to start the day! Our breakfast concept includes cooked-to-order eggs, omelet bar, pancakes, waffles, delicious breakfast proteins, and a selection of breakfast sandwiches.
  • Green Scene - Fresh and flavorful fruits and vegetables is the starting point as our chefs created the tasteful Green Scene salad bar concept. Try our house-made, scratch dressings and freshly prepared salads.
  • DuJour – When we say soup of the day, we mean it! Our soups are made fresh daily and the menu changes with the seasons, because we use fresh, local ingredients whenever possible. 
  • Main Plate – A wide selection of classic favorites, trendy gourmet selections, and specialty sandwiches. 
  • Villa Toscana – Made-to-order Italian specialties including hand prepared stromboli and pizza, along with fresh pasta.
  • J. Clark's Grille – Featuring house-made specialty burgers, hot sandwiches fresh from the grill, wings, fries, and more. 
  • Market Street Deli – Made-to-order deli station that offers a wide variety of fresh toppings, meats, cheeses, and breads.
  • Bravo! – Bravo! brings the show to the dining room. Colorful arrays of fresh ingredients share center stage while our chefs showcase their talents as they quickly prepare each dish to order right in front of our guests’ eyes.​
